Alina
Leadership has never been something I have performed. It is something I have lived.
My career has been shaped by real responsibility, real decisions and real consequences. I have built businesses, led teams through growth and uncertainty, sat at board tables and navigated the personal cost leadership can bring when it becomes disconnected from who you are.
Alongside this, I have always been drawn to people. Understanding what drives them. Supporting them to step into their potential. Helping them lead in a way that feels aligned, sustainable and effective in real life.
This is where my work today comes from. Leadership grounded in humanity and commercial reality, not ego or performance.

Career Overview
With over two decades of experience across leadership, entrepreneurship and business growth, my career spans founding and scaling companies, senior leadership roles, board level experience and advisory work.
I have led organisations through change, complexity and expansion. I understand performance pressure, decision fatigue, responsibility for people and profit, and the emotional weight leadership can carry.
My work now focuses on supporting leaders and organisations to perform without burnout or self betrayal. I blend strategic thinking, psychological insight and lived experience to help leaders build clarity, resilience and impact that lasts.
Why I Do This Work
At the heart of everything I do is a genuine love for helping people thrive.
I believe leadership should feel human. It should allow space for ambition and vulnerability, strength and compassion, success and wellbeing. This work matters because leadership touches everything.

Beyond Work
I am a mum to Halle and Hugo, a role that has shaped my leadership more than any title ever could. I am a wife to Simon and a devoted dog mum to Scooby, who ensures I get outside whether I plan to or not.
Family anchors me and keeps me honest about what truly matters.
Sport, Fitness and Energy
Sport and movement have always been part of my identity. I come from a competitive background in hockey and triple jump, which shaped my discipline and resilience from an early age.
Today I play netball, train in the gym and compete in Hyrox. Fitness is not about aesthetics for me. It is about strength, mental resilience, energy and longevity. I want to live a long life well, capable and connected to my body.
Movement is one of the ways I stay grounded and lead well.
Nature, Travel and Perspective
Nature is where I reset. Woods and water ground me, clear my thinking and bring perspective when life feels noisy.
I also love travelling. Experiencing different cultures and ways of living is a constant reminder that there is more than one way to lead, live and succeed.
How I Show Up
Everything I bring to my work is informed by how I live my life.
Real leadership. Real life.
Grounded, human and purposeful.
